GE10 Major Overhaul

After more than 80,000 operating hours, the unit showed severe corrosion and wear and could no longer start. We repaired critical components and completed a full-unit overhaul, returning the unit to service for continued operation.

SGT100 Major Overhaul

A blade failure and subsequent rotor–stator contact caused extensive unit damage. After replacing affected blades, repairing the rotor and completing a remaining-life assessment, we returned the unit to stable operation.

RB211-24G Hot Section Overhaul

To address degradation in hot-section components, we inspected high-temperature parts and restored protective coatings, preparing the unit for its next maintenance interval.

LM2500 Major Overhaul

Rising exhaust temperature increased the unit’s operating risk. We replaced the gas-generator core and completed a major overhaul, restoring the unit to its verified output target.

Taurus 60 Major Overhaul

Long-term operation led to reduced output and an abnormal exhaust-temperature spread. Hot-section repairs and full-unit testing recovered performance and improved operating stability.

Taurus 70 Overhaul & Refurbishment

We repaired the combustion and turbine systems, addressing cracks, carbon deposits and aged seals before completing final assembly and operational testing.

Titan 130 Major Overhaul

Long-term high-load operation contributed to component wear and declining performance. We optimized the combustion system, repaired hot-section components and completed full-unit commissioning and performance verification to recover stable output.
