The Role
- Directed the formulation of technical proposals and coordinated overall R&D efforts for the gas turbine combustion system.
- Led the design and testing of combustors, as well as spearheaded key technological breakthroughs.
- Guided the team in establishing a comprehensive technical framework for combustion engineering.
What You’ll Own
- Master's degree or above in Combustion Science, Power Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of R&D experience in combustion systems for gas turbines or aero-engines.
- Prior experience at renowned overseas enterprises or research institutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in international projects, with the ability to independently lead a team in overcoming key technical challenges.
