Combustor and turbine-component refurbishment addressing cracks, erosion, wear and seal-groove deposits

Disassembly and inspection identified high-temperature oxidation cracks in second-stage turbine vanes, wear and thermal erosion in combustor liners, and deformation and carbon deposits in turbine-disc seal grooves. The repair scope included crack removal, liner replacement, and restoration and cleaning of the seal grooves, followed by inspection against approved serviceability criteria.
